          Casey Ha is a guitarist and composer whose work blends jazz, soul, funk, and indie influences into a deeply expressive and contemporary sound. Casey’s current focus is on creative development as a solo artist and bandleader, fronting his group Lady Lyre, which serves as the primary outlet for his original music.

In 2025, Lady Lyre released their debut full-length album, In the Hours Between. Entirely self-produced, recorded, and composed by the ensemble, the record captures a defining creative moment for the group, balancing improvisation with songcraft, intimacy with atmosphere. Drawing from jazz, soul, funk, and indie rock, the album highlights Casey evolving voice as a composer and guitarist, marked by rich harmony, deep grooves, and emotionally driven writing.

With this release, Casey and Lady Lyre establish a genre-defying project rooted in independence, collaboration, and an ever-evolving sonic identity.

In addition to his work as a performer, Casey owns and operates Cliffside Sound, a private studio in Akron, Ohio where he offers personalized recording, mixing, and production services for local artists. The space is outfitted with vintage and modern gear and emphasizes an analog-forward, artist-first workflow. With each project, Casey aims to create music that is not only sonically compelling, but also emotionally honest and personally meaningful.
